Having passed 4 to 5 months from the implementation of the programme a follow up will be done to monitor the process and the results of the programme so far.
A 5 to 6 hour visit to the school, observing classes, modelling lessons, meetings with teachers, listening to children read and evaluating the writing process will be held by the consultant. A thorough assessment of the process will take place so as to give the necessary instructions and guidelines to adjust the teaching practice.
An hour Meeting with Coordinators and Heads to design a master plan of action, and evacuate queries and questions.
The training course is tailored to cater the needs of the school based on the evidence observed and found after the monitoring process.
